Summary

The primary responsibility of the Receptionist is to answer phones, greet builders and homeowners and provide administrative support services to Design Center and office staff.   

 

Essential Functions

  • Maintain and manage Design Center calendar by contacting customers to set appointments for Design Consultants and make all necessary notifications 

  • Answer incoming telephone calls, determine purpose of callers, and forward calls to appropriate personnel or department 

  • Other duties as assigned 

 

Education & Experience

Required

  • High School or equivalent 

  • 2-4 years applicable job experience 

 

Skills & Competencies

  • Basic technology skills, including MS Office Suite 

  • Strong communication skills, including written communication 

  • High level organizational skills, time management skills and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment to consistently meet deadlines
