As a Receptionist you will perform clinical tasks such as:
You will greet patients and visitors warmly, in person and over the phone.
You will schedule and confirm patient appointments, manage calendars.
You will maintain accurate and confidential patient records using EMR and CRM systems.
You will update patient accounts and collect copays when needed.
You will handle incoming calls, respond to inquiries, and provide general information.
You will keep the reception area clean, stocked, and organized.
You will help with supply orders, inventory management, and courier coordination.
Required Qualifications
One year or more of healthcare, customer service or call center experience.
Experience handling multiple phone lines and high call volume.
Experience working in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams).
Other Qualifications:
Value-based care model experience
Knowledge of Medical Terminology
Experience with EMR Systems (Electronic Medical Records)
Work Hours: Monday – Friday 8:00 to 5:00
Location: Onsite at CenterWell Senior Primary Care office located at 2500 Anthem Village Dr., Suite 100, Henderson, NV 89052
