We are seeking a professional and customer focused Receptionist to join our Facilities Management team at a client site in London. In this front of house role, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and employees, ensuring a welcoming, efficient and secure environment. You will support day to day reception operations while working closely with the Facilities team to maintain high service standards for our client, MasterCard.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage visitor arrivals, including signing in guests, issuing and retrieving passes, and registering visitors/vendors in the guest system

  • Escort or collect guest visitors when required

  • Deliver all core reception duties, including meeting room reservations and coordination

  • Oversee catering activities, ensuring timely delivery, setup and removal of items

  • Register cars, guests and contractors as needed

  • Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, local management and service providers

  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, including courier bookings and deliveries

  • Raise reactive tickets and support issue resolution

  • Support initiatives that enhance service quality, cost efficiency and client satisfaction

  • Assist in monitoring outsourced contractors for safety and security compliance

Qualities & Personal Attributes

  • Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage confidently at all levels

  • Strong customer service mindset with a professional, welcoming approach

  • Good anticipation and analytical skills, with a proactive problem‑solving attitude

  • Understanding of workplace health and safety practices

  • Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
