This Receptionist role is crucial to maintaining the smooth operations of our firm, directly supporting our mission to provide top-tier service to every client. As the first point of contact for clients and visitors, you will embody the professionalism and warmth that defines our practice, ensuring client interactions are seamless and welcoming.

 

 

What you’ll do:

 

• Phone Operations: Answer all incoming calls promptly within 3-4 rings, ensuring efficient client communication.
• Visitor Reception: Greet all clients and visitors with professionalism and warmth, maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.
• File Management: Open and close client files accurately, ensuring all data is collected and organized efficiently.
• Front Office Maintenance: Keep reception and common areas clean and presentable to mirror the firm's professional image.
• Client Surveys: Collect and manage client feedback using provided tools, contributing to service improvement.

What we’re looking for: 

              

• Professional Experience: 1–2 years in a similar role, ideally with some longevity in prior positions.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal skills and excellent phone etiquette are essential.
• Calm Under Pressure: Ability to handle high-volume calls and multitask without becoming overwhelmed.
• Professional Appearance: Present a polished, business-appropriate image.
• Self-Starter: Ability to work independently, making informed decisions without needing constant direction.
