The Opportunity

We are seeking a professional and well‑organised Receptionist to join Herbert Smith Freehills Kramer in Hong Kong on a three‑month fixed term contract.

Working closely with colleagues across the firm, this role is responsible for the smooth management of reception services and for providing timely, efficient administrative and operational support. The successful candidate will be solutions‑focused and approachable, with strong communication skills and the ability to build positive working relationships.

Skills, experience & qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2 years' relevant working experience preferably in a professional services environment.

  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.

  • Strong telephone manners and communication skills.

  • Ability to work in a highly collaborative team environment.

  • Flexible to work after hours and on weekends/public holidays if required.

  • Good command of English.

  • Proficiency in MS Office and Chinese word processing.
