As an Operations Specialist within Tempus Technologies, subsidiary of PNC, you will be based in Auburn, IN.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
• Ensure all day-to-day shipping and receiving tasks are being successfully completed in a timely fashion.
• Assist with loading and unloading of trucks.
• Receives inbound shipments and verify condition and accuracy of items shipped.
• Maintain shipping and receiving documents within the ERP system,
• When necessary, assist in the reconciliation of inventory variances related to receiving and shipping activities.
• Monitor ERP System for daily hardware shipments.
• Determine proper shipping methods for merchant orders.
• Pack, seal, label, and affix postage to prepare hardware and other items for shipping.
• Coordinates all pick-ups and deliveries with couriers.
• Ensure all packing and shipping supplies are kept in stock
• May be required to complete additional assignments as required.

Job Description
- Executes routine and complex transactions/processes of elevated risk and financial value utilizing standard policies and procedures. May have specific responsibility for one or multiple specialized products or functional areas.
- Identifies and addresses exceptions. May serve as a point of escalation for complex transactions. Partners internally with service partners to route calls, documents or other action items to complete transactions. May interact with external customers to complete transactions.
- Ensures the appropriate materials and documentation are available to complete transactions. Confirms equipment is operational, if applicable.
- Provides consultation and advice to internal and external customers. May review existing processes and recommend improvements and may facilitate implementation. Participates in and may serve as a subject matter resource for process improvement projects. Assist in training and onboarding of new hires.
- Reviews transactions and related documents to verify completeness, accuracy and conformance to established service levels and compliance with applicable policies and procedures. May participate in risk mitigation activities.

Work Experience
