We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Receiving Clerk to support our non-direct material inventory and operations. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring accurate and timely receipt of materials, maintaining inventory integrity, and supporting the overall efficiency of our supply chain processes.
Your Impact:
Note: This list is not all-inclusive. Additional duties may be assigned as needed.
• Accurately receive and process materials and services in the ERP system.
• Collaborate with vendors to obtain proof of delivery when packing slips are not provided.
• Support materials-related projects and assignments as required.
• Prepare and compile reports as needed, ensuring deadlines are consistently met.
• Perform various administrative tasks for the materials department, including invoice receiving, maintaining electronic files, and document organization.
Minimum Qualifications:
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a receiving or inventory-related role.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).
• Experience working with ERP systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with individuals across all levels of the organization.
• Knowledge of best practices in record keeping and documentation.
Pay Range:
$39,600.00 - $60,600.00The above pay range reflects the minimum and maximum target pay for the position across all U.S. locations. Within this range, individual pay is determined by various factors, including the scope and responsibilities of the role, the candidate's experience, education and skills, as well as the equity of pay among team members in similar positions.
