About the Role

Rebate Collection involves processing discounts based on agreements, reconciling data with TPA and providers, coordinating with finance and claims, creating billing formulas, and managing monthly patient data reports, including negotiations and refund invoices.

Settlement Handling covers payment and outstanding details while coordinating with collection, claims, and TPA teams.

Rebate Collection:

• Process Rebate (Discount) trigger by Agreement PKS, Addendum
• Reconcile data for TPA
• Reconcile data Provider
• Justification polis Corporate and Individual 
• Discount directly, discounts in Upfront and refund invoices
• Coordinate with the Claim, Finance dept related to TPA data per hospitals
• Make a recap of monthly patient data, based on discharge and admission, fees paid by the TPA, costs incurred by the hospital, and the BRP guaranteed by excel, pivot, macro functions
• Creating a discounted billing formula from the RS (project trill) Associated with the RS related to the results of the recount (Rebate) or revenue
• Liaise with the Finance to match data (payment of guarantee) from the TPA, RS and reconciliation results
• Visit provider (Online and Offline) 
• Utilities, Volume and Negotiation for discount, and Skema Discount (Addendum) (B2B)
• Created Refund Invoice for discounted billing
