About the Role

Lead the end-to-end delivery of real estate transactions across an international estate, including acquisitions, renewals, rent reviews, and disposals. You will take ownership of transactions from initial requirement through to completion, ensuring they are commercially sound, aligned to business needs, and progressed efficiently. The role requires a proactive operator who can manage negotiations, navigate a complex stakeholder environment, and drive transactions to closure.

What you’ll be doing: 

  • Lead the delivery of real estate transactions from initial requirement through to completion 

  • Manage transaction timelines, risks, and dependencies, ensuring steady progression to completion 

  • Support and execute lease negotiations to secure commercially favourable terms 

  • Coordinate due diligence activities, including surveys, inspections, and risk assessments 

  • Work with legal advisors to manage lease documentation and resolve transaction issues 

  • Prepare and present clear, well supported business cases and recommendations for approval 

  • Engage internal stakeholders across finance, operations, and projects to ensure alignment 

  • Manage relationships with landlords, agents, and external advisors 

  • Ensure transactions meet governance and approval requirements 

  • Maintain accurate and well-structured transaction documentation 

Here's What You'll Need:

  • Experience delivering commercial real estate transactions end to end 

  • Strong understanding of lease structures, commercial terms, and due diligence 

  • Commercially aware, able to assess options and support sound decision making 

  • Confident engaging and influencing stakeholders across a complex environment 

  • Able to challenge inputs and assumptions where required 

  • Highly organised, able to manage multiple transactions without losing control of detail 

  • Proactive and delivery focused, able to maintain momentum and resolve issues early 

  • Strong attention to detail, producing clear and reliable outputs 

  • Identifies risks and gaps early and takes action to address them 

  • Operates with ownership and accountability through to completion
