THE TEAM

The mission of the Real Estate Development Integration Department is to ensure the seamless running of the day-to-day business and initiatives by reducing churn and increasing productivity.  

THE OPPORTUNITY

Aritzia is growing, and our Real Estate Development teams are growing with it. This is a unique opportunity to be part of the team responsible for defining, upholding, and continuously improving how Real Estate Development operates at scale.

In this role, you will support the delivery of some of our most complex and cross‑functional work—partnering across Real Estate Development and the broader business to bring clarity, structure, and momentum to priorities, initiatives, and lifecycles. You will play a key role in enabling seamless execution by supporting divisional planning & project pipelines, initiatives and key moments of integration, and representing Real Estate Development across functions.

Opportunities within this function span both broad cross‑functional integration and more dedicated focus areas, such as Architecture, Interior Design, Build, and Procurement allowing individuals to build deep expertise while contributing to the collective success of the Real Estate Development organization. With the exposure and capabilities gained in this role, there are meaningful opportunities for continued growth - within Integration and across Aritzia.

THE ROLE

As the Senior Manager/Manager, Real Estate Development Operations, you will lead the team to:

  • Work with the appropriate Business Support partners to seamlessly lead the day-to-day function of the department in support of corporate objectives, while enabling progressive career development and an incredible employee experience.
  • Manage the pipeline of current and upcoming Real Estate Development projects, ensuring divisional readiness.
  • Ensure the most important projects are realized correctly and efficiently.
  • Manage or be the business lead on divisional & cross-functional initiatives and programs
  • Integrate inputs, learnings, feedback, and infrastructure into and out of the division.
  • Ensure division and department tools are in place to support the business needs
  • Connect, integrate, and organize the Real Estate Development division.

THE QUALIFICATIONS

The Senior Manager/Manager, Real Estate Development Operations has:

  • Proven skills, certifications, education and/or experience in lifecycle, initiative, and/or project/program management.
  • A commitment to learn and apply Aritzia's Values and Business and People Leadership principles
  • The ability to collaborate fluently with cross-functional partners
  • A commitment to quality and investing in results that add value to the business
  • Exposure and/or experience in real estate development, architecture, design, and/or construction environments, with an understanding of how projects move from concept through delivery.

THE COMPENSATION

At Aritzia, we provide market-leading compensation packages designed to reward impact through our pay-for-performance philosophy.

The range for roles at this level is $100,000-$300,000 per year. Total compensation may include base, bonus and/or equity depending on the role, which has the potential to be greater than this range.
