We’re looking for a Real Estate Advisory Manager to join our Corporate Finance team. Your Mission 

Your career with PwC is what you make it. As our Real Estate Advisory Manager, you will: 

  • Lead and contribute to real estate advisory engagements, including valuations, feasibility studies, market assessments, and due diligence assignments. 

  • Conduct market research and prepare insights on real estate trends, transaction activity, and sector benchmarks. 

  • Oversee the preparation and review of property and portfolio valuations, financial models, and scenario analyses. 

  • Guide feasibility studies and financial viability assessments for development projects and income‑producing assets. 

  • Manage buy‑side and sell‑side due diligence processes, including document review, data room analysis, and development of client deliverables. 

  • Prepare investment memoranda, presentations, proposals, and client reports, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and alignment with PwC quality standards. 

  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams across Corporate Finance, Deals, Tax, Advisory, and other LoS to deliver integrated solutions. 

  • Support business development initiatives and contribute to the growth of the Real Estate Advisory offering. 

About You 

We’re looking for someone who: 

  • Holds a degree in Finance, Economics, Accountancy, Real Estate, or related fields. 

  • Demonstrates strong analytical and quantitative skills, with experience in financial modelling. 

  • Possesses excellent written and verbal communication skills. 

  • Is proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with valuation standards (TEGoVA/RICS) is considered an asset. 

  • Has knowledge of the Maltese real estate market and regulatory frameworks. 

  • Thrives both independently and in a multidisciplinary team environment. 

  • Brings a proactive mindset, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to learning and growth.
