Reablement Occupational Therapist – Hospital Discharge

Liquid Personnel is recruiting an experienced Occupational Therapist to support it's client's hospital discharge planning into the Reablement Service across Wiltshire — paying a strong £36 per hour.

The Role: 

You’ll work in partnership with acute hospital staff at:
Great Western Hospital
Royal United Hospital

Supporting safe, effective hospital discharges into the Reablement Service.

This is a busy, high-turnover environment — ideal for someone confident, proactive, and experienced in acute or discharge settings.

What We're Looking For: HCPC-registered Occupational Therapist

  • Experience in hospital discharge / acute settings
  • Ability to manage a fast-paced workload
  • Strong MDT working skills
  • Confident decision-maker
