Support innovation, renovation, VE, ESG and Regulatory projects for Hispanics manufacturing sites and copackers from documentation & data systems viewpoint.
Ensure and maintain compliance in Agile system following Regulatory guidelines. Enable License to Operate baby food project by taking this role temporarily.
¡Your Mission!
1. Create, maintain and control Commercial & Agile specifications for: ingredients, formula, nutrition, CU, TU, PU for all projects executed by R&D for Hispanics manufacturing sites and copackers.
2. Align with Regulatory and Quality to assure compliance of current and new ingredients & packaging materials used for Hispanics markets. Compile the findings and communicate to R&D leader to define action plan.
3. Create, maintain and control R&D documentation for San Jose manufacturing site. Assure specification control for San Jose factory as owner of KHMS standard 2.02 Development and Approval of Specifications
Submit purchase orders in SRM and control invoices
4. Responsible for the step of spec owner in the creation of new codes in MDG/SAP for ingredients, semifinished goods and finished goods.
What you need:
- Education: Food Engineering or related
- Experience: no experience needed
- Basic knowledge in food/pack regulations
- Basic understanding of quality system management
- Microsoft Office: intermediate to advance in Excel
- SAP would be a plus
