Job Description :
- Support formulation development projects from concept stage to lab-scale validation.
- Conduct laboratory trials based on approved formulations under guidance from the R&D Manager.
- Perform basic physicochemical testing and benchmark products against internal and competitor samples.
- Execute stability tests and stress tests according to established protocols.
- Record, analyze, and maintain accurate experimental data and test results.
- Assist in scale-up activities, including pilot runs and first production trials.
- Support cross-functional coordination with Production, Quality, Procurement, and other related departments.
- Ensure compliance with laboratory safety standards, quality requirements, and standard operating procedures (SOP).
Requirements:
- Final-year student or fresh graduate in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biotechnology, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
- Strong interest in product development, formulation, and laboratory testing.
- Basic understanding of laboratory equipment, testing methods, and data recording.
- Familiar with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Good analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented, disciplined, and able to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills and able to work collaboratively in a team.
