Your future team:

You will become part of the laboratory team – a group of 14 people working with testing, analysis and evaluation of product performance within acoustics, fire and hightemperature thermal conductivity. We are a diverse team with a strong focus on collaboration and a good working environment.

We play an important role in developing future-proof fire-safe solutions for the construction industry, and our task is to deliver robust, reliable data and analyses that support decisionmaking in ROCKWOOL Group’s development projects – covering both new production technologies and new products. We work on exciting projects where we develop new technologies and products for ROCKWOOL and contribute to the innovation that makes ROCKWOOL a market leader in our industry.

What you will be doing:

You will prepare samples for testing, carry out tests and report results to projects or engineers for further analysis. In addition, you will be responsible for maintenance and servicing of various test equipment to ensure smooth operation and reliable results.

What you bring:

• Education as a laboratory technician, process technologist, or equivalent experience

• Some experience with learning and working with new equipment and test methods

• Interest in working with numbers and statistics to evaluate results

• Enjoy working with different stakeholders and in collaborative settings

• A background in fire testing or equipment operating at high temperatures is an advantage, but not a requirement

• Used to working safely, respecting our safety guidelines and being an active part of maintaining a safe working environment.

What we offer:

We opened a brand‑new state-of-the-art acoustics laboratory in 2024, and in 2027 we will open ROCKWOOL’s new fire laboratory. We are a team in development. This role gives you the opportunity to work in an international environment where you can grow. If you are detail‑oriented and enjoy contributing to groundbreaking innovations, this can be an exciting career opportunity.
