R&D Support Associate

Design and Development Engineer for Materials and New Products in R&D Chile.
Knowledge of cable manufacturing standards, intermediate proficiency in Excel, and experience with Prysmian cable design system (Common Analisi).
Provide plant support for the development of new materials.
Identify cost-saving projects to support efficiency plans in the area (DTC).
Lead projects for the development of new products and/or certifications.
Ensure compliance with requirements, standards, policies, and procedures of the Management System.
Promote workplace safety, maintain safe behavior, and commit to personal safety beyond the company.
Comply with and maintain operational control over procedures, specifications, and other documents related to:

  • Environmental aspects (ISO 14001).
  • Hazards and risks in occupational health and safety (ISO 45001).
  • Products and operational and administrative processes, as applicable (ISO 9001).
  • Energy use, consumption, and performance, with emphasis on significant energy uses (ISO 50001)

Ingeniero de diseño y desarrollo de materiales y nuevos productos en R&D Chile.

Conocimiento de normas de fabricación de cables, manejo intermedio en excel y sistema de diseño de cables de Prysmian. (Common Analisi).

Soporte en planta en los desarrollos de nuevos materiales.

Búsqueda de proyectos de ahorro de costo para planes de eficiencia del área (DTC).

Liderar proyectos de desarrollo de nuevos productos y/o certificaciones

Dar cumplimiento a los requisitos, normas, políticas y procedimientos del sistema de Gestión.

Liderar la seguridad en el puesto de trabajo, mantener una conducta segura y comprometerse con su seguridad y llevarla más allá de la compañía.

Cumplir y mantener el control operacional sobre, procedimientos, especificaciones u otros documentos relacionados a:

- Los aspectos ambientales (ISO 14001).

- Los peligros y riesgos en seguridad y salud en el trabajo (ISO 45001),

- Los productos y procesos operativos y administrativos, según corresponda (ISO 9001).

- Y uso, consumo y desempeño energético, haciendo énfasis en los usos significativo de energía (ISO 50001).
