Position Title: R&D Senior Developer (Full Stack | AI-First SaaS)

Previous Experience: 5–8+ years of experience in full stack engineering (Microsoft stack + Angular), building cloud-native SaaS applications with exposure to AI-driven capabilities.

Location: Bangalore, India (Hybrid – 3 days/week)

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer to build AI-first, cloud-native SaaS applications using the Microsoft stack and Angular. You will work in a High Velocity Engineering (HVE) environment focused on rapid delivery, automation, and continuous improvement.

This role is ideal for engineers passionate about scalable systems, AI integration, and delivering real business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain full stack applications using .NET 8+/C# and Angular (v20+)
  • Design and build scalable SaaS solutions on Microsoft Azure
  • Integrate AI-powered features (copilots, automation workflows, LLM-based capabilities)
  • Implement microservices and API-first architectures
  • Drive CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices
  • Optimize performance, scalability, and cloud cost efficiency
  • Ensure code quality through reviews and best practices
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile/HVE setup

Required Skills & Experience

  • 5–8+ years of experience in full stack development
  • Strong expertise in:
    • C#, .NET Core / .NET 8+
    • Angular (v20+), TypeScript, HTML, CSS
    • REST APIs & microservices architecture
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure
  • Experience with CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions)
  • Solid understanding of SaaS architecture (multi-tenancy, scalability)
  • Experience working in Agile environments

AI & Modern Engineering 

  • Exposure to AI/LLM integrations (Azure OpenAI, OpenAI APIs)
  • Experience with AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot)
  • Understanding of automation-driven workflows and intelligent systems

Good to Have

  • Docker, Kubernetes (AKS)
  • Event-driven systems (Service Bus, Kafka)
  • GraphQL, API gateways
  • Observability tools (App Insights, Prometheus, Grafana)
  • Security standards (OAuth2, OpenID Connect)
