Join Us in the Fight Against Cancer

We are currently seeking an R&D Scientist for a temporary position (36 months) to join our team in the ongoing support of advanced in vitro diagnostic devices, with the aim of benefiting patients globally. The primary responsibilities for this role will involve engaging in design control activities, carrying out tasks associated with sustaining and product care activities, and maintaining our risk files. All duties will be performed in accordance with relevant regulatory guidelines and standards.

Main Responsibilities

  • Serving as a scientific contributor within the team
  • Updating and maintaining the Design History File (DHF)
  • Supporting sustain activities related to our Pathology Products
  • Managing and communicating with stakeholders, both internal and external
  • Planning R&D activities for projects in close collaboration with project managers

Work Environment

This position is based at our Glostrup, Denmark office, where you will join a vibrant, dynamic, and diverse department of approximately 25 colleagues. Our department is organized into two teams. You will be part of a team that includes 3 Design Responsibles, 9 R&D Scientists, and a Department Director.

Qualifications

  • Master’s or PhD in Biology, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, or a related field
  • Knowledge of IHC (Immunohistochemistry), ISH (in situ hybridization), or special stains is an advantage
  • Experience in Design Control, Risk Management, Design Changes, or Manufacturing related to Medical/Diagnostic devices is beneficial
  • Full fluency in English is required; fluency in Danish is not necessary
