Overview:
Internship – GTS (Global Technical Support) and Software (SW) development
Internships will be working closely with GTS analysts and, or, SW developers. Develop SW involving, solutions for Customer environments or deployments, Mitel products or Test Automation tools or test scripts. Support GTS analysts and, or, developers in their activities, including/involving infrastructure, quality assurance and development support. Enthusiasm for learning/implementing new technologies is expected.
Responsibilities:
· Provide technical support and, or, develop high quality software and solutions based on acquired skills and technical guidance from experienced engineers.
· Contribute to reproduce Customer issues, provide solutions, coding tasks, design discussions, quality assurance, and code reviews.
· Contribute to documentation (technical design, implementation notes).
· Explore SW and/or Artificial Intelligence concepts to develop innovative products.
· Embrace mentorship from engineers and analysts to continuously grow technical skills.
Requirements:
· Graduating in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field (1+ years to graduate).
· Basic programming knowledge in at least one of the following languages: Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, Android SDK/NDK Operating System, Kotlin/Java/Android Studio environment, Go, C or C++, Java or Groovy, NodeJS, Rust.
· Familiarity with Git and collaborative version control workflows.
· Knowledge of programming concepts (e.g., Object Oriented, full-stack, front-end, back-end, mobile development, Vue.js and Jungle frameworks etc.).
· Advanced English.
