工作职责
1. 执行机械结构设计任务： 在指导下，负责洗地机指定子模块的详细结构设计工作。参与设计评审，根据反馈进行设计修改和优化。
2. 参与项目开发与支持，
a) 理解产品需求和设计规范，支持概念和方案设计阶段的可行性分析。
b) 协助项目进度的跟进，及时汇报设计任务完成情况。
c) 积极参与DFM（面向制造的设计）讨论，理解制造工艺约束，并在设计中应用。
d) 协助解决试产及量产中出现的装配、生产和质量问题。
e) 执行工程师制定的零部件及整机的可靠性测试、性能测试方案，记录并分析测试结果。
3. 编制设计文档：
a) 创建和整理设计技术文档，包括详细工程图纸、BOM清单、测试报告等。
b) 协助准备DFMEA、设计规格书等文档的初稿。
c) 确保输出文档的准确性和符合公司基础规范。
职位要求
1. 机械工程、机电一体化或相关专业本科及以上学历。
2. 3~6 年及以上结构设计经验。
3. 扎实的机械设计基础知识，了解常用工程材料特性及应用，熟悉塑胶件（注塑）、金属件（压铸、冲压、机加工）、钣金等常用制造工艺的基本原理、设计要点及常见缺陷。
4. 精通Creo (Pro/E)，须通过Creo或相关的软件实操能力测试，了解和运用主流CAE工具（如ANSYS Mechanical, Creo Simulate等）进行结构仿真分析者优先。
5. 责任心与主动性： 工作认真负责，能按时完成分配的设计任务，主动学习和提升。
6. 团队合作精神： 积极融入团队，乐于分享和学习。
7. 基本的英文读写能力，能理解英文技术资料和邮件，口语能力不做强制要求，具备简单沟通能力者更佳。
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Undertake mechanical structure design tasks: Under guidance, be responsible for the detailed structural design of designated sub-modules of floor scrubbers. Participate in design reviews and make design modifications and optimizations based on feedback.
2. Participate in project development and support:
a) Understand product requirements and design specifications, and support feasibility analysis in the concept and scheme design stages.
b) Assist in following up project progress and timely report the completion status of design tasks.
c) Actively participate in DFM discussions, understand manufacturing process constraints, and apply them in the design.
d) Assist in solving assembly, production and quality problems arising during trial production and mass production.
e) Implement the reliability test and performance test plan for components and the whole machine formulated by engineers, record and analyze test results.
3. Prepare design documents:
a) Create and sort out design technical documents, including detailed engineering drawings, BOM lists, test reports, etc.
b) Assist in preparing the first drafts of documents such as DFMEA and design specifications.
c) Ensure the accuracy of output documents and their compliance with the company's basic specifications.
QUALIFICATIONS
1. Bachelor's degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics or related majors.
2. At least 3~6 years of experience in structural design.
3. Solid basic knowledge of mechanical design, with an understanding of the characteristics and applications of common engineering materials, as well as familiarity with the basic principles, design key points and common defects of common manufacturing processes such as plastic parts (injection molding), metal parts (die casting, stamping, machining), and sheet metal.
4. Proficiency in Creo (Pro/E), and must pass the practical operation test of Creo or related software. Those who know how to use mainstream CAE tools (such as ANSYS Mechanical, Creo Simulate, etc.) for structural simulation analysis are preferred.
5. Sense of responsibility and initiative: Be serious and responsible in work, able to complete assigned design tasks on time, and take the initiative to learn and improve.
6. Teamwork spirit: Actively integrate into the team and be willing to share and learn.
7. Basic English reading and writing skills, able to understand English technical materials and emails. Oral English ability is not mandatory, but those with simple communication skills are preferred.
