Primary Job Summary:
The R&D Engineer leads the development and design of standard and special chillers with a focus on sustainability, efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Duties and Responsibilities:
The R&D Engineer configures and manages chiller models with performance checks in coordination with the testing department.
The role involves:
Communication & Coordination
The R&D Engineer communicates regularly with other departments regarding technical clarifications, design modifications, and feedback from production.
This role provides technical support to the sales and testing departments, proactively reports recurring issues and contributes to identifying engineering improvements and design optimizations.
