The Role

The Associate Geotechnical Engineer will lead geotechnical delivery across projects in KSA while establishing and growing the local geotechnical team. The role combines technical leadership, client engagement, team development, and business growth to support sustainable regional expansion.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead geotechnical project delivery across KSA.
• Provide technical oversight and ensure high-quality, compliant outputs.
• Build, mentor, and support development of the local team.
• Contribute to bids, proposals, and business development activities.
• Strengthen relationships with clients and regulatory authorities.

Key Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Geotechnical Engineering (Master’s preferred).
• Extensive experience in geotechnical design and project leadership.
• Proven experience in the KSA market.
• Strong client-facing and team management background.

Key Knowledge and Skills

• Expert knowledge of geotechnical engineering principles and standards.
• Strong understanding of KSA regulations and authority processes.
• Leadership, mentoring, and strategic growth capability.
• Commercial awareness and stakeholder management skills.
