About the role
This is a full‑time Storeperson opportunity based at our Marley site in Manurewa, where you’ll support inwards goods and dispatch activities and help keep the site running smoothly day to day. It’s a hands‑on role and an important part of our operation, focused on working efficiently, safely, and making sure everyone goes home safe, every day.
The role will suit someone who takes pride in their work, has worked in a warehouse environment driving a forklift, enjoys making a positive impact, and genuinely believes in continuous improvement while delivering consistently high-quality results.
The position operates on rotating shifts, Monday to Friday, with morning shift hours from 7:00am to 3:00pm and afternoon shift hours from 3:00pm to 11:00pm. You’ll be provided with a uniform, and overtime opportunities are available.

What will you do?
Managing the flow of inwards goods, ensuring accurate checks of incoming deliveries and MPI compliance
Maintaining a strong Health & Safety culture by keeping work areas organised safe, and making sure stock stored correctly
Maintain a high level of picking performance, supporting replenishment and inventory accuracy, including daily stock counts
Maintaining high standards of housekeeping across the warehouse and yard
Processing customer orders efficiently and accurately
Identify H&S risks, hazards and work closely with all concerned parties to create a safe work environment.
Managing the storage and safekeeping of stock, handling materials, and supplying goods to the production linesAssisting with general warehouse and yard duties as required
Completing adhoc warehouse tasks to support overall site operation
What We're Looking For:
2–5 years’ experience as a Storeperson or in a similar warehousing role (RF scanning experience advantageous)
Experience in warehouse, distribution, production, or manufacturing environments
Physically fit and comfortable working to daily deadlines
Strong commitment to Workplace Health & Safety
High attention to detail, particularly with inventory and customer orders
Clear communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team
Flexible, proactive, reliable, and punctual, with a strong work ethic and a positive attitude and willingness to learn
Current forklift licence (essential)
