Raw Material Warehouse Supervisor

SUMMARY OF THE ROLE

We are looking for a Raw Material Warehouse Supervisor to plan, organize, and oversee raw material warehouse operations, ensuring efficient and safe processes in line with HSEQ requirements and service targets.

This position will be based in Muscat, Oman, and will report to the Warehouse and Logistics Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Own end-to-end Raw Material Warehouse operations, including receiving, COA verification, safe storage, stock counting, and timely material supply to production, while ensuring FEFO compliance and material integrity across all storage and return processes.
  • Ensure system and physical stock alignment and full accountability for data accuracy and inventory integrity, through accurate and timely IFS postings, MRP-relevant controls, and strict unit of measure (UOM) accuracy.
  • Drive inventory accuracy and bulk/tank material control, including cycle counts, tank reconciliation, variance investigation, disposal posting, hygiene controls, and prevention of contamination or stock misclassification.
  • Plan, coordinate, and control inbound and outbound material flows, working closely with planning, procurement, quality, and transport to minimize re-picking, open containers, delays, and unnecessary handling.
  • Lead, supervise, and develop warehouse personnel, ensuring safe and efficient task execution, capability building through coaching and on-the-job training, and team readiness for operational and system changes.
  • Ensure full HSEQ compliance and drive continuous improvement, by promoting a strong safety culture, encouraging near-miss reporting, leading A3 problem-solving, closing process gaps, and supporting layout and ergonomic optimization through cross-functional collaboration.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR AND WHAT WE OFFER

We are looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial environment, with supervisory exposure.
  • Practical experience in raw and packaging material handling, inventory control (FEFO, cycle counting), and use of ERP systems for stock posting and reporting.
  • Good understanding of HSEQ requirements, including working with Certificates of Analysis (COA) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English and Arabic (Hindi or Urdu is an advantage)
