Estamos buscando un Inspector de Materias primas para unirse a nuestro equipo de Calidad.
Con sede en la ciudad de Santiago, Chile, reportando al Coordinador de Calidad, usted será responsable de inspeccionar materias primas y productos conforme a requerimientos. Mantener información de no conformidades. Verificar que todas las materias primas utilizadas en la empresa cumplan los requerimientos específicos.
Principales Responsabilidades
1.- Inspección y Liberación de Materias Primas:
Verificar que todas las materias primas cumplan con los requisitos específicos mediante inspecciones visuales, dimensionales y ensayos según procedimientos internos. Liberar o retener materiales según resultados.
2.- Control Documental:
Actualizar y mantener registros de inspección, certificados de calidad y documentación de soporte para autocontrol y trazabilidad.
3.- Gestión de No Conformidades:
Identificar, registrar y analizar materias primas no conformes, manteniendo información estadística y proponiendo acciones correctivas.
4.- Ensayos y Validaciones:
Ejecutar pruebas especiales en materias primas y productos terminados cuando sea requerido por clientes, prototipos o nuevos diseños.
5.- Atención a Auditorías y Clientes:
Atender inspectores y auditores externos en procesos de recepción y control de materias primas. Brindar soporte técnico en reclamos y devoluciones.
6.- Certificación y Protocolos:
Generar certificados de calidad y protocolos de inspección para materias primas y productos terminados, asegurando cumplimiento normativo.
7.- Cumplimiento Normativo y Seguridad:
Promover y cumplir los requisitos de seguridad, calidad y medio ambiente establecidos en normas ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 y procedimientos internos.
8.- Participación en Programas de Mejora:
Informar incidentes, riesgos potenciales, productos no conformes y participar activamente en programas de formación y mejora continua.

Overview and Main Functions
We are seeking a Raw Materials Inspector to join our Quality team.
Based in Santiago, Chile, and reporting to the Quality Coordinator, you will be responsible for inspecting raw materials and products according to requirements. You will also be responsible for maintaining records of non-conformities and verifying that all raw materials used by the company meet specific requirements.
Main Responsibilities
1. Raw Material Inspection and Release: Verify that all raw materials meet specific requirements through visual and dimensional inspections, as well as testing according to internal procedures. Release or hold materials based on the results.
2. Document Control: Update and maintain inspection records, quality certificates, and supporting documentation for self-monitoring and traceability.
3. Non-Conformity Management: Identify, record, and analyze non-conforming raw materials, maintaining statistical information and proposing corrective actions. 4. Testing and Validation:
Perform specialized tests on raw materials and finished products as required by clients, for prototypes, or for new designs.
5. Audit and Customer Support:
Assist external inspectors and auditors during raw material receiving and control processes. Provide technical support for claims and returns.
6. Certification and Protocols:
Generate quality certificates and inspection protocols for raw materials and finished products, ensuring regulatory compliance.
7. Regulatory Compliance and Safety:
Promote and comply with the safety, quality, and environmental requirements established in ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 standards and internal procedures.
8. Participation in Improvement Programs:
Report incidents, potential risks, and non-conforming products, and actively participate in training and continuous improvement programs.
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for a worker with the following skills:
Senior Technician or Engineer specializing in Quality, Industry, Electrical Engineering, or Electronics.
Knowledge of statistics and legal aspects related to the position.
Knowledge of regulatory requirements: ISO 45001, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and applicable internal and corporate procedures.
Basic English.
Basic proficiency in MS Office.
