Job Description:
This position is responsible for unloading and verifying inbound freight, while
maintaining safety standards. This position uses a forklift to move raw materials
for the majority of each shift.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
● Move raw materials to and from storage, production areas, loading docks,
and delivery vehicles using a forklift
● Organize and maintain overall appearance of the loading dock including
raw materials, packages and pallets to ensure timely, accurate and careful
delivery
● Drive a forklift for a significant portion of shift
● Follow proper maintenance procedures for the forklift
● Maintain and report inventory needs
● Maintain documentation of inventory, shipping records, receiving
inventory and receiving shipping records
● Keep work area clean and orderly
● Perform job duties safely as outlined in the Raw Materials Warehouse
Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
● Additional duties as assigned by management

Qualifications and Skills:
● Forklift experience
● Critical thinking and troubleshooting skills
● Basic math skills
● Mechanically inclined
● Industrial work experience
● Ability to become certified in forklift operation
● Ability to read and write in English to complete required documentation
● Basic computer skills

Physical Requirements:

intermittent breaks
● Wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) provided by Cambria

● Walk up and down steps multiple times throughout shift
● Bend over multiple times throughout shift

Cambria’s starting salary range for this position is $17.75-$22.06.Salary ranges are
determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects
the target for new hires for the position. Individual pay is determined by several factors,
including work location, job-related experience, and relevant education and/or training.
