Job Description:
Rakuten Insight Malaysia Sdn Bhd is a subsidiary of Rakuten Insight Global, Inc., Asia's leading expert in online marketing research, serving market researchers worldwide by utilizing its quality proprietary online panels, in-depth local knowledges / insights, and extensive fieldwork experience. Our active, rich, and diverse panels encompass the key Asia countries namely, Singapore, Japan, China, Korea, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Vietnam, Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia, India and Philippines.
The Project Management Intern will support the successful execution of projects by selecting appropriate respondents for research, monitoring budgets, timelines, and key performance indicators (KPIs), and ensuring effective collaboration and communication with internal teams and external vendors. The role also involves problem-solving to address challenges and improve processes, contributing to the overall efficiency and success of projects.
Responsibilities:
Smart Sampling: Help choose the right respondents for different projects so results come in clean, meaningful, and on time.
Track Costs & Metrics: Keep an eye on budgets, timelines, and KPIs—basically, see how every decision impacts success.
Collaborate & Communicate: Team up with internal folks and external vendors to keep projects on schedule and everyone in the loop.
Problem-Solve: When challenges pop up, you’ll help find quick fixes and better ways to get things done.
Qualifications:
Are studying or recently graduated in Business, Marketing, Statistics, or similar.
