What You’ll Do

New Client Marketing & Demand Generation

  • Plan and execute targeted marketing plays into look‑alike accounts (email nurtures, LinkedIn sequences, case‑study sends, webinar/event follow‑ups).
  • Coordinate vertical‑specific content with marketing (one‑pagers, capability decks, case snippets) to drive first meetings.

RFQ / Proposal Orchestration -> takes more time in a week to do it

  • Own the RFQ intake → triage → response workflow for new prospects: clarify requirements, timelines, and deliverables with relevant teams.
  • Coordinate feasibility checks and pricing inputs (IR, LOI, sample size, geography) to build client‑ready proposals.
  • Monitor procurement/RFx portals and submit bids; manage vendor registrations and compliance docs.

Revenue Operations & Insights

  • Keep CRM hygiene high: pipeline stages, activities, contacts, and opportunity notes.
  • Produce simple weekly dashboards (new meetings set, campaign‑sourced/‑influenced pipeline, RFQ volume and win rate, proposal TAT).

New‑Client Onboarding & Handoff

  • After a win, prepare kickoff materials and coordinate a smooth handoff to delivery, while still being the ongoing account owner.

Qualifications

  • 2–5 years in B2B account marketing, sales support, RFQ/proposal coordination, or client success—ideally in market research, insights, data, or B2B services.
  • Strong written communication and business copywriting (emails, one‑pagers, proposals).
  • Proficient in Excel, and presentation tools (PowerPoint).
  • Excellent organization, follow‑through, and deadline discipline across multiple stakeholders.
