Four weekdays with rotating hours and days off.

Pay Range

$18.50 - $27.75

Essential Functions

  • Prints reconciliation list and/or encounter sheets used to identify records that will need scanning.
  • Retrieves medical records identified from reconciliation list generated by computerized work queue.
  • Prepares all medical records for scanning with at least 95% accuracy.
  • Prints encounter page and label for non-bar-coded records appropriately.


Physical Requirements
Works in a fast paced office environment with minimum noise level. Moderate physical exertion. Usually requires handling moderate weight materials; or includes standing, walking, bending, stooping, climbing; or requires repetitive and sustained exercise of fine motor skills; or requires remaining in a constant position; or requires close visual effort of a straining nature; in excess of 50% of the time


Education, Experience and Certifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Knowledge of window based functions required.
  • Experience in document imaging, prepping or scanning preferred.
  • Experience in use of numeric keypad preferred.
