As a Radiation Therapist at MercyOne Clinton, you will:
- Assist the Radiation Oncologist in preparing the patient for radiation therapy treatments
- Give radiation therapy treatments under the supervision/direction of the radiation physicist and oncologist treatments
- Document in daily logs the correct dosages utilized for patients ranging in age from adult to geriatric
Schedule:
General Requirements:
- Must be on the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) (T)
- Iowa Department of Public Health Permit to Practice
- Registered Radiation Therapist
- Must be BLS certified within 3 months of hire
