The Department of Radiation Medicine at the Medical University of South Carolina (MUSC) is seeking a skilled, BC/BE Radiation Oncologist to work full-time at their hospitals in the Catawba Division. This community-based practice uses a streamlined, multidisciplinary approach to provide high quality, compassionate care to patients in the Lancaster and the surrounding communities.
This is a phenomenal opportunity to take part in starting up a brand new, state-of-the-art cancer center and to build a great new team in Radiation Oncology as the Medical Director. The new cancer center will be at the MUSC Health Indian Land Medical Pavilion. Indian Land, SC is a rapidly growing suburb of Charlotte. This is in Lancaster County, which is the fastest growing county in the state of SC.
The candidate chosen for this role will be connected to MUSC’s Department of Radiation Medicine in Charleston and will receive access to the division’s resources, as well as clinical support from the team at MUSC’s Hollings Cancer Center in Charleston, SC. Join a team of driven providers that is dedicated to making transformational cancer treatment more widely available to patients throughout South Carolina.
