The Position

As the RTR Team Lead, you will play a pivotal role in transforming Roche’s operational processes. You’ll lead and empower your team to ensure excellence in financial control, compliance, and best practices, while driving cross-functional collaboration and continuous improvement.

The Opportunity

What You’ll Be Working On:

  • People Leadership & Development:

    • Lead, coach, and support your team’s growth, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
    • Set annual objectives, monitor performance, and foster an open communication culture.
    • Oversee recruitment, manage team dynamics, and resolve conflicts.

  • Service Delivery & Process Excellence:

    • Ensure timely and accurate execution of all financial tasks, including month-end/year-end closure.
    • Maintain high-quality delivery of RTR services in adherence to KPIs, SLAs, and compliance standards.
    • Handle business disruptions and critical escalations effectively.

  • Strategy & Continuous Improvement:

    • Translate global strategy into impactful team objectives.
    • Advocate and drive continuous process improvement initiatives.
    • Collaborate with business partners to anticipate and address organizational needs.

Who You Are

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field is required.
  • 5+ years in finance/accounting, preferably in R2R or a related field.
  • 5+ years of proven experience in leading teams.
  •  Proven knowledge of SAP or other major ERP accounting systems is required.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (required). Additional languages are a plus.
  • Shared service center or BPO experience is preferred.

  • Established success in implementing continuous improvement projects.
  • Experience with process automation and AI tools is advantageous.
  • Strong leadership, mentoring, and coaching abilities.
  • Proficient in managing priorities and stakeholder relationships.
  • Multicultural outlook and ability to foster collaboration.
