Your role here

The Warehouse Assistant plays an important role in ensuring efficient warehouse operations. This position is responsible for receiving and verifying incoming goods, picking and packing orders, maintaining accurate inventory records, and improving warehouse space.

Your experience and background

  • Prior experience in warehouse, distribution, or logistics environments, including shipping and receiving processes.
  • Ability to safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment; certification preferred.
  • Understanding of inventory control processes, cycle counting, and maintaining accurate stock records.
  • Experience in picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment using company tools and systems.
  • Knowledge of health and safety procedures, including accurate use of PPE and safe equipment handling.
  • Proficiency in using handheld scanners and warehouse management software.
  • Strong attention to detail for accurate order processing and space enhancement within the warehouse.
  • Ability to collaborate efficiently with management, peers, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
  • Willingness to support company projects and initiatives, and adjust to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
