The Store Manager overlooks all aspects of store operations, ensuring sales, service, merchandising, staffing, and compliance with company policies, while fostering a positive environment for team members and customers.
Where You'll Work
This role is onsite and will require you to work from our QVC Outlet Store in Frazer, PA daily. Relocation assistance not available for this role.
What You'll Do
Oversee daily retail operations for accuracy and efficiency; conduct audits, manage inventory processes, and ensure purchasing and invoice payments while maintaining budget targets.
Gather and share key operational information to drive sales and business goals; present insights and use data to develop business plans
Maintain merchandising standards by organizing products, designing floor layouts, and ensuring proper signage.
Lead the team in delivering exceptional customer service; resolve customer concerns and meet service standards.
Partner with Talent Acquisition to support hiring and onboarding, manage performance evaluations, ensure policy compliance, and coach team members for growth and recognition.
What You'll Bring
3-5 years of leadership experience in a retail setting
Availability to work any day of the week
Working knowledge of HR, inventory control, security, stockroom operations, visual merchandising, payroll, budgeting, and scheduling.
