The Keyholder supports QVC and oversees daily store operations by assigning tasks, supporting scheduling and inventory processes, maintaining merchandising and customer service standards and assisting with hiring and training retail team associates.
Where You'll Work
This role is onsite and will require you to work from our QVC Outlet in Frazer, PA daily. Relocation assistance not available for this role.
What You'll Do
Assign daily tasks to sales associates and receivers, assist with scheduling, and maintain operational efficiency in store receiving and inventory processes
Manage store operations including opening/closing, bank deposits, merchandising, security, and event signage
Ensure customer service standards are met, resolve customer issues, and communicate decisions to customers and the team
Support hiring and training by interviewing candidates, conducting orientation, and providing operational and customer service training
Ensure compliance with HR, Loss Prevention, and Safety policies; manage promotional programs, and recommend strategies for product allocation, pricing, and marketing events
What You'll Bring
Education: A high school diploma or an equivalent combination of training & experience
Experience: A minimum of 3 years of retail lead or key holder experience
Available to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
