Your future team:
You will be reporting to the Sales Enablement Manager and work directly with the Roofing & Core Solutions field team
What you will be doing:
The Quoting & Solutions Specialist, Roofing & Core Solutions drives revenue growth by supporting field team members, handling quoting and pricing activities, developing opportunities, and identifying and targeting strategic projects and key stakeholders.
Receive, review, and prepare quotes for small and mid-sized customers.
Follow up on outstanding quotes to drive decisions and conversion.
Ensure quotes align with approved pricing and internal guidelines.
Support CPQ processes and continuous improvements.
Provide product and solution guidance to support customer understanding.
Support day-to-day needs across quoting, customer engagement, and opportunity preparation.
Coordinate between field teams and internal technical teams
Receive, review and manage incoming leads, ensuring prompt response, and appropriate handling based on opportunity type.
Track specification and codification opportunities in CRM.
Support project insight sharing with field and technical teams.
Assist in positioning Roofing & Core Solutions in early-stage opportunities.
Maintain data quality for reporting and decision-making.
Track quoting activity, pipeline progression, and relationship development.
Provide insights and summaries to the field team.
Maintain accurate opportunity and contact data in CRM.
Update project status, timelines, stakeholders, and key milestones.
Flag high-priority or at-risk opportunities.
What you bring:
1-3 years of experience in sales support, quoting, or related commercial support roles.
Strong communication skills with excellent organization and follow-up discipline.
Experience working with CRM systems and managing pipeline or opportunity data.
Strong research and analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate insights.
Comfortable using digital tools, including AI, to support research, productivity, and decision-making.
Curious, proactive, and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively across teams in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings or blueprints; exposure to architectural or construction environments is an asset.
Knowledge of construction, roofing, building envelope, or building materials.

The annual salary range for this role is $65,000 - $85,000. Your base salary is determined based on location, experience and the pay of employees in similar positions. This position is bonus eligible.
