Marketing Technology Administrator

Location: Hybrid Ideal, open to remote.

Compensation: The full salary range for this position is $19.25 - $28.85/hr. The anticipated starting pay is determined by factors such as skills, experience, and organizational considerations. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.

The Marketing Technology Administrator serves as the SME for Quickbase, leading the development, optimization, and administration of Lithia’s Quickbase environment—including full ownership of the internal PRISM build. This role supports key Marketing Technology applications and streamlines business processes across multiple departments while ensuring best practices, data integrity, and system governance.

This position partners closely with Marketing, Operations, Technology, and external vendors to deliver scalable, efficient, and reliable solutions.

What You'll Do

  • Develop, customize, and maintain Quickbase applications to meet evolving business needs

  • Administer and optimize Quickbase applications across multiple departments

  • Serve as Realm Administrator, managing user roles, permissions, governance, and data integrity

  • Lead deployment of new Quickbase solutions following platform and industry best practices

  • Own technical and operational support of the internal PRISM build

  • Manage uploads, reporting, system refinements, and operational enhancements

  • Monitor system performance and proactively troubleshoot issues

  • Evaluate and implement best practices, features, and third-party integrations

  • Create and maintain documentation; provide user training and ongoing support

  • Support data migration, reporting, and analytics initiatives

  • Lead ad-hoc operational projects and provide technical guidance to stakeholders

  • Stay current on Quickbase platform updates, enhancements, and innovations

What You'll Bring

Education & Certifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience) preferred

  • Quickbase certifications preferred

Skills & Experience

  • Hands-on experience developing, administering, and optimizing Quickbase applications

  • Strong understanding of database concepts, APIs, automation, and integrations

  • Experience managing user roles, permissions, data integrity, and application governance

  • Working knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, or similar languages used for Quickbase extensions

  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills

  • Project management or agile experience a plus
