We are currently seeking recruiting for an experienced operations candidate to lead the quarry team as a Quarry Manager based at our Red Hill Quarry, WA
Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager Aggregates, this role is a multi-faceted role leading the quarry operations and overseeing the daily management, production, health & safety, operational development, and financial activities.
In your new role, you will be:
Leading and managing people while bringing your team along the journey to successfully achieve goals
Making business decisions that impact the overall performance of the business, including achieving agreed targets / KPIs, financial planning, business development, and managing costs within budget
Managing the daily operations where you are responsible for quarry development, environmental management, and preventative maintenance schedules
Focused on continuing our approach to environmental improvement and maintaining our reputation within the industry as a responsible and industry leader
Bring a strong safety mindset and manage high risk activities and reduce risk exposure for self and others
