What you’ll be doing
As a Quantum Machine Learning Research Scientist, you will play a key individual contributor role within CIBC’s Advanced Analytics and AI team, driving the development and application of quantum computing capabilities across the bank. You will lead applied research initiatives focused on designing, executing, and evaluating quantum algorithms, working closely with researchers, engineers, and business stakeholders to explore real-world use cases in areas such as fraud, cybersecurity, and optimization. You will contribute to advancing quantum research while translating complex concepts into practical insights, helping shape how emerging technologies can be leveraged within a banking environment.
