We are seeking a highly driven and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to support cost estimation, tendering, and project delivery across interior fit-out projects, with exposure to civil and site-based works.Job Description
About the Role:
Prepare detailed cost estimates, BOQs, and tender documentation for interior fit-out projects (office, commercial, etc.) and civil projects.
Evaluate contractor quotations, conduct tender analysis, and support commercial negotiations to optimize project costs.
Monitor project costs, variations, and change orders, ensuring alignment with budgets and timelines.
Support project teams in coordination, scheduling, and site progress tracking to ensure smooth execution.
Conduct site visits for progress verification, cost tracking, and quality compliance across interior and related civil works.
About You:
Minimum 4–5 years of experience in QS, ideally from interior contractor or fit-out background.
Strong understanding of interior materials, MEP coordination, and design-to-build processes.
Experience supporting project coordination or working closely with project teams is a plus.
Strong analytical, negotiation, and cost management skills. Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced project environment.
Demonstrates strong communication skills in both Indonesian and English, effectively engaging with local and regional stakeholders
