What you will do in this role 🧐

As a Quantitative Business Analyst, you’ll operate at the heart of Sendcloud’s Business Intelligence and Automation function. You turn data into measurable business impact. In this role, you will design and build scalable data solutions that power decision-making across the company. From data integrations and tooling configuration to advanced analytics, automation, and AI-driven initiatives, you’ll help optimise how we work and grow.

You are naturally curious and proactive. You explore data beyond the obvious, identify inefficiencies, and experiment with new technologies to unlock smarter ways of working. With strong technical expertise and clear communication skills, you bridge the gap between data and business stakeholders: translating complex challenges into practical, high-impact solutions.

You take ownership. With an entrepreneurial mindset, you drive initiatives from idea to implementation, focusing on delivering value early and iterating fast. You understand that meaningful long-term impact starts with small, smart wins - and you build momentum by proving business value quickly.

Our perfect match 💗

• Holds a master’s degree in Econometrics, Mathematics, Data Science, or another quantitative field
• 2–4 years of relevant work experience
• Strong analytical mindset with a passion for problem-solving
• You’re motivated to apply AI to real business challenges.
• Experience with programming and/or database querying (Python, R, SQL, etc.)
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal, and enjoys collaborating with stakeholders
• Proactive and eager to make a tangible impact on the business
• Based within travel distance of the Eindhoven area
• Bonus: Did extra-curricular activities, had cool tech hobby projects or started a side business
