We are looking for a Qualtrics Specialist to lead the technical execution of our Employee Experience (EX) strategy.
This isn't just about building surveys. It’s about enabling an enterprise-wide listening strategy. You will be the technical owner of the Qualtrics platform, working closely with our Behavioral Scientists and HR Leaders to enable scalable, high quality data collection, reporting and integration. If you know how to push the boundaries of Survey Flow and love diving into Stats iQ, this role is for you.
What you will do:
- Platform Ownership: Serve as the primary Technical Admin for the Qualtrics EX platform, managing permissions, libraries, and system configuration
- Advanced Survey Architecture: Design and configure complex surveys using advanced qualtrics functionality (survey flow, automations), quotas, authenticators, and Web Service integrations to ensure a seamless respondent experience.
- Advanced Analytics: Leverage Qualtrics’ powerful analytical engine—including Text iQ, Stats iQ, and Predict iQ— preparing structured outputs for People Insight team.
- Dashboard Development: Build and maintain sophisticated, role-based dashboards, Ensuring accurate data structure, filtering, access management to provide HR Business Partners and Executives with real-time, actionable data.
- Listening Strategy Support: Partner with internal stakeholders to implement listening programmes based on defined requirements/framework (e.g., Lifecycle, Pulse, and Ad-hoc studies).
- Data Integration: Collaborate with the People Data team to ensure Qualtrics data is integrated correctly with Workday and other internal data sources (e.g., Azure) ensuring data consistency and automation of survey process.
What you will need:
- Experience: 3+ years of hands-on experience in research or data analytics, with at least 2 years focused specifically on the Qualtrics EX platform (Including survey configuration, reporting and platform administration).
- Technical Mastery: Deep knowledge of Qualtrics' advanced features (e.g., JavaScript in surveys, complex Survey Flow, API integrations).
- Analytical Skills: Strong foundation in statistics and experience using analytical tools (Qualtrics Stats iQ).
- Employee Experience Focus: Experience working with survey based measurements/ active listening programmes is highly desirable..
- Communication: Fluent English, with the ability to translate complex data technical survey setups and dashboards.
- Certification: Qualtrics Core XM or EX Certification is a significant advantage.
