Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the monitoring and evaluation of product quality throughout the production process.
Support the Quality Assurance (QA) team in ensuring compliance with internal and external quality standards, such as ISO and industry regulations.
Conduct routine inspections and audits of products, materials, and processes.
Perform testing and analysis of products to identify defects, inconsistencies, or deviations.
Document and report quality findings, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
Help prepare quality-related reports and present findings to senior team members.
Collaborate with other departments (e.g., Production, R&D, and Logistics) to support quality initiatives and resolve quality issues.
Assist in training and educating employees on quality standards and procedures.
