Job Summary**
The Quality Trainee will learn and assist in various quality control processes and procedures to ensure Ichikoh Industries (Thailand) Co. Ltd. products meet established quality standards and customer expectations. This role provides an entry-level opportunity to develop expertise in quality assurance within an automotive lighting manufacturing environment.

Job Responsibilities**
* Assist quality engineers and technicians in conducting inspections and tests on raw materials, in-process components, and finished products.
* Learn and apply various quality control techniques, including visual inspection, measurement, and functional testing.
* Document inspection results, maintain quality records, and assist in preparing quality reports.
* Participate in the identification and analysis of product defects and non-conformances.
* Support the implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) as guided by senior staff.
* Understand and adhere to Ichikoh's quality management system (QMS) and relevant industry standards (e.g., IATF 16949).
* Collaborate with production teams to identify potential quality issues and recommend improvements.
* Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance knowledge of quality assurance principles and practices.
* Perform other duties as assigned by the Quality Department management.

Job Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering (e.g., Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics) or a related technical field.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Eagerness to learn and develop a career in quality assurance.
* Good communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications is a plus.
* Knowledge of quality tools and methodologies (e.g., 5S, Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma) is an advantage but not required.
* Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented manufacturing environment.
* Thai nationality.
