Objective of the position

Ensure products and processes consistently meet quality standards, specifications, and customer requirements through preliminary analysis, conformity check with product and process requirements, testing, and continuous improvement support.

Characterization of activities

  • Inspection & Verification: Perform dimensional, visual, and functional checks on components and assemblies; verify first-piece approvals; conduct audits and job observations.
  • Measurement & Testing: Use precision tools and equipment for product conformance; perform electrical/mechanical/environmental tests; ensure calibration compliance.
  • Defect Management: Detect, document, and segregate nonconforming materials; initiate NCRs; support containment and rework verification.
  • Data & Reporting: Accurately record inspection results; analyze defect trends using SPC tools; escalate recurring issues for root cause analysis.
  • Audits & Compliance: Conduct layered process audits; support 5S, safety, and quality compliance on the shop floor.
  • Continuous Improvement & Collaboration: Provide feedback, suggest process improvements, participate in problem-solving teams, and liaise with cross-functional teams for real-time issue resolution.


Education, Experience and Knowledge

  • Electronics & Manufacturing Knowledge: Basic understanding of electronic components and production processes.
  • Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Strong ability to document, analyze data, and resolve issues effectively.
  • Measurement Proficiency: Skilled in using precision tools and gauges for inspections.
  • Quality Methodologies: Familiar with control plans and Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA).
  • Standards Compliance: Knowledge of ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 quality management systems.
  • Detail Orientation: High attention to detail and dedication to maintaining product integrity.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent level of knowledge and practical experience.

  • WIA: WIA floor, WGA gap and WGA gap additional insurances in accordance with the stipulated provisions.

  • PAWW: Compulsory supplementary insurance when the statutory unemployment WW or WGA benefit expires.

  • Holiday days: 27 days on an annual basis (full-time).

  • ATV: 13 days on an annual basis (full-time)
