The Boeing CompanyBoeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for an Experienced or Senior Quality Systems Specialist (Level 3 or Level 4) to join the Supplier Quality team based out of Everett, Washington; Renton, Washington; or Charleston, South Carolina.
This role will be pivotal in ensuring early quality involvement with our suppliers and programs while also assisting in the development and integration of processes to meet business goals. The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
Position Responsibilities:
Review and process Supplier Nonconformance Records.
Coordinate and assist Suppliers with nonconformance submission in SQIS.
Coordinate and assist Supplier Liaison Engineering as needed to determine acceptable disposition on nonconforming product.
Review and process Change of Charge requests from suppliers in SQIS.
Work in velocity and CMES
Support process improvements
Support quality directives, policies, processes, procedures, and metrics to assure compliance with program, contract, customer, regulatory requirements, international standards, and working agreements
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
Experience in CMES and Velocity
REDAR, PDM experience
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Previous quality experience
Experience reading and understanding drawings
MRBD

Summary pay range:
Level 3: $94,350 - $127,650
Level 4: $116,450 - $157,550
