Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for a Quality Systems Specialist to join Supplier Quality Core Integration Team, specifically working on the Core Functional Excellence team based in Everett, Washington. 

This team’s statement of work revolves around documentation and sustainment of standard operating procedures, playbooks, or other supplemental writings.  Also included is training in oversight, finance, staffing, and employee development across BCA Supplier Quality.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Review proposals, contracts, and regulatory, program, and customer requirements to prepare quality assurance plans and tests for hardware, software, processes, and services

  • Maintain quality directives, policies, processes, procedures, and metrics to ensure requirements and standards are implemented

  • Collect and verify data to identify root causes of recurring problems and propose corrective actions

  • Support supplier source selection and process reviews to evaluate suppliers’ ability to meet program quality requirements

  • Assist with hardware, software, and system-level audits for compliance with quality management, configuration assurance, and regulatory/customer requirements, document findings in standard formats

  • Compile data and recommend material review dispositions

  • Perform duties under general supervision

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 1+ years of experience in Quality Management Systems (QMS)

  • 1+ years of experience with project management

  • 1+ years of experience developing presentations for leadership

  • 1+ years of training and people development

  • 3+ years of experience using the Microsoft Office Suite, such as Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

  • Experience in a role that required excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • 3+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience

  • 3+ years of experience in a role that required strong analytical, communication and problem-solving skills

  • 1+ years of experience in data analysis

Summary Pay Range (Summary pay range for Associate - Level 2): $77,350 - $104,650

Summary Pay Range (Summary pay range for Experienced - Level 3): $94,350 - $127,650
