As our next Quality Specialist – Document & Data Control, you will support the organization by administering document and data control systems, internal audit programs, and Quality Management System (QMS) activities. You will play a key role in maintaining IATF compliance, supporting continuous improvement initiatives, and ensuring the integrity and accessibility of quality documentation across the organization.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Administering the EtQ document control system, including troubleshooting, training, and user support
- Maintaining an IATF‑compliant Internal Audit System
- Overseeing the Layered Process Audit (LPA) program, summarizing results and issuing corrective action lists
- Developing, leading, and conducting internal and external audits; summarizing and reporting results to the organization
- Maintaining archived quality data in accordance with IATF, customer‑specific, and internal requirements
- Collecting, summarizing, and communicating customer scorecard and performance data
- Analyzing quality data and reporting results to support problem‑solving and continuous improvement initiatives
- Supporting the development, maintenance, and improvement of the IATF Quality Management System
- Administering Engineering Change Control processes and ensuring timely closure of change documentation
- Ensuring controlled documents and revisions in EtQ are current and properly maintained
- Developing and distributing supplier scorecard reports
- Participating in APQP activities and Continuous Improvement teams as required
- Supporting data entry and quality reporting activities
- Ensuring compliance with all Quality, Environmental, Health & Safety, and corporate policies
- Performing other related duties as assigned
What We’re Looking For
- University degree or college diploma in a related field
- 5–7 years of automotive Quality Systems experience
- Experience with EtQ document control systems strongly preferred
- Proven experience participating in or leading IATF / ISO / Environmental audits
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, etc.)
- Experience developing spreadsheets and databases for data analysis
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate at all organizational levels
- High integrity, dependability, and a strong sense of urgency
- Ability to multi‑task and manage priorities in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment
- Proficiency in English (spoken and written)
Work Environment
- Primarily office‑based with regular interaction on the production floor
- Manufacturing environment with variable temperatures and noise levels
- Overtime may be required based on operational needs
