Regrello by Salesforce is seeking an experienced Product Quality Engineer with 5 to 10 years of
experience in manufacturing and supply chain. The ideal candidate will have a strong
background in supply chain and manufacturing, a passion for systems and process
improvement, involvement in quality management and experience rolling out software solutions.
This role requires an individual contributor with technical expertise who can drive quality
initiatives and support the integration of new features.
Key Responsibilities:
● Responsible for configuring and testing blueprints (processes) leveraging AI to ensure
industry-leading best practices are followed.
● Develop and maintain test plans for new/existing features to ensure thorough coverage
of software functionality.
● Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of
testing strategies.
● Create comprehensive test plans for supply chain and manufacturing solutions software
to ensure the product meets or exceeds industry standards and customer expectations.
● Train and mentor the development and product team on best quality management
practices to improve the quality of our application.
● Collaborate with the product and engineering teams to co-build, enhance features, and
address technical challenges
● Demonstrate a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
● Take ownership of projects and initiatives, working independently to achieve goals.
● Show a strong interest in systems thinking and process optimization.
Qualifications:
● Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Information
Technology, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
● 5 to 10 years of experience in manufacturing and supply chain roles, with involvement in
quality management.
● Passion for integrated software solutions within a manufacturing environment.
● Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills with outstanding attention to detail.
● Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
● Expertise in lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies
● Experience with quality management systems (QMS) and relevant certifications (e.g.,
Six Sigma, ISO 9001, AS9100).
Nice to Haves:
- Experience with software quality testing
- Experience in the software space for quicker understanding of terminology and shorter
onboarding time
