Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for a Supply Chain & Logistics Quality Performance & Project Manager (M/F) to join the team Performance Management & Operational Excellence department in Blagnac.
The Department mission is to lead Performance Management across the Supply Chain & Logistics organisation. The team provides the Airbus Commercial Supply Chain & Logistics performance dashboard with the first level of analysis and leads the performance routines with the procurement commodities to enable the publication of the Top Company Objectives related to Supply Chain & Logistics.

Your Challenges
Measure business performance via collection, consolidation and synthesis of performance indicators on quality performance indicators like NC/MSN and concessions in the supply chain
Manage performance through facilitating stakeholder exchange on performance data, root cause analysis, and recommendations in order to enable decision making.
Identify / define improvement projects to reach targeted performance.
Define digitalisation needs for the respective KPIs for evolution of existing dashboards as well as the development of new dashboards where applicable
Contribute to the quality definition in the frame of a transformation project with the collection and alignment of business needs
Your Boarding Pass
Experience in quality management (ensuring product quality) and management of SARI and QSR
Very good communication in English (written, spoken) and networking skills are essential and your ability to influence and manage stakeholders relationships.
Customer oriented mindset, adaptive, curious and tenacious / tough
Operational & supply chain understanding
Good ability to work in a multi-functional and multinational environment (internal/external)
Knowledge in project management & resource planning
Excellent analytical skills with strong willingness to use digital capabilities.
